This is my local neighborhood DD and it is so much improved since its remodel a couple years ago. They don't run out of French Crullers anymore. Coffee is hit or miss. I don't know if it's my ordering style that's causing problems but it seems that anytime I order anything other than regular coffee, I get a coffee beverage that tastes kind of thick like it's been laced with cornstarch. Kind of odd. But the regular coffee and the K-cups are reliably good. The store is generally clean, save some donut crumbs left behind on tables. Every time I visit there seems to be a coalition of retirees gathered at the big community table. They're always pleasant and talkative. This little shop has a neighborhood vibe to it that I don't think other DD's in town share.

Alas, this is a very sad Dunkin Donuts. Went in around 11 AM on a Sunday and there was just a horde of people in "line". The way the restaurant is laid out results in making a line difficult once it gets to a certain number of people, since there are two entrances and tables scattered through out. I finally got my drink, but they made it incorrectly. They remade it promptly, but it was very watery (iced coffee). Overall, very poor - we drove out of our way the next day to go to the other Dunkies in Colorado Springs.

Our family came in for light lunch/snack on last Saturday. We were visiting the area and decided to try here(there is no DD in my town). It was not too busy and several kinds of donuts were still available at 1:30pm. Casher was friendly. Ordered the eggwhite flatbread and egg ham cheese english muffin sandwiches and both were taking about 3-4 minutes to cook. Both tasted fairly good. The frozen coffee(coolata kind) was good not too sweet and coffee roll donut was yummy. We'll come back when we are in the area.

Love the remodel! I hadn't been by for coffee and doughnuts in about a year so it was a nice surprise to roll up for an early morning breakfast and have this DD exceed expectations. Coffee is still strong and tasty, the doughnuts are still freshly made. Completely appreciate the tables outside in the shade, makes the people watching on this side of W Colorado Ave easier. They've now not only got the ground DD coffee for sale but the K cups as well. Don't mind if I do... (:

Hello, i love me the dunking donuts and this one (one of 3 surviving ones in colorado!) is a good one! The owner is super nice and loves that i get so excited about being in a dunking donuts! This place is open more hours than some of the others and close to cave of the winds as well as garden of the gods south exit! Woohoo!

Normally fairly good service but the lack of space at the front registers makes it very crowded at the front and hard to move around in the typical morning rush.

I find it insanely unfair that Colorado Springs has more then one Dunkin' Donuts and Denver doesn't have one but this is totally worth the drive. I've been told that they hare recently remolded and it looked very nice as far as I could tell. We walked in and they could have gone just a little faster but they were attentive and helpful to each customer. The donuts were as good as I remember from growing up out East and it was really nice to get to have one again. Perhaps I can get to this place more often. They sell the bigger bags of coffee here for what grocery stores sell the under a pound bags for so that was a plus too. They told us they are building one in the Denver area but we'll see if and when that happens. Until then I'll have to just make excuses to drive to this one.

We had a fun thought the other night--let's go have dessert at Dunkin' Donuts since we haven't been inside one since we were kids--45 years ago! The shops around town now have an updated, contemporary look; so maybe the "food" quality has improved too, we hoped. And although we aren't from back east, the easterners seem so crazy about this donut chain, that maybe we outta try it out again. Aahh, what a mistake! I realize we visited after the dinner hour, but if the chain is going to promote being open 24/7, then the quality of the edibles should hold up. The donut selection was bleak, only glaze varieties. The donuts were room-temperature, stale and dry; I threw mine out after a few bites (something I don't usually do unless its awful). The decaf coffee was lukewarm. I re-heated it at home and added some Nespresso coffee from my machine (wonderful espresso coffee). Well, so much for that fun idea! Maybe its a good thing; we try to eat clean and healthy now so high-sugar "foods" are few and far between for us. This donut shop chain won't be visited by us again, which will be better for our health anyway. Good riddance, Dunkin' Donuts, you can't put lipstick on a pig!

They never put a normal ratio of cream and sugar to coffee. Seriously, why is this so hard?I love DD coffee, but am not going here anymore. Also, their donuts are always stale and disgusting. It skeeved me out that you could clearly see this girl behind the counters a-crack hanging out of her pants- it was so obvious maybe she was going for this look?? Gross all around, not a fan.

This Dunkin Donuts absolutely sucks. One of the main reason I drove over an hour to Co Springs was to taste that delicious nectar known as Dunkin Donuts. Since I haven't had Dunkin since I was back on the east coast, I was stoked to try this. Strike one....Their ICE machine was BROKEN. I just hiked up St. Marys Falls on a 92 degree day, comeon Dunkin. We wanted some iced coffee, iced hot chocolate, and coolata's. No go for any of those. They couldn't even serve cold water and had no water bottles left. Second strike against Dunkin....., no biscuits. I was real excited to have a Bacon Egg and Cheese biscuit (my favorite breakfast treat in Pittsburgh). But for whatever reason, this location decided to stop selling Biscuits on the day I wanted one. Hmmmm...... Third Strike....the weirdest people and employees. A lady in front of me in line put her hands down her husbands pants and was stroking his "you know what". IN PUBLIC. She wasn't even trying to hide it. The employees were also just completely rude and cracked out to even know how to run a store. How do you not know how to make a basic donut properly? The Chocolate Donut tasted like strawberry, the strawberry donut tasted like ???, and the vanilla donut barely tasted like anything at all. So disappointing.

Being a chain its hard to make great doughnuts, so customer should be very important..... it was horrible... a young women with a mustache rang us up cool. Slid my girlfriends debit card and said out loud "denied" then again "denied" then without saying anything looked at us with a blank stare with her arm held out holding the card. Incredibly rude. We checked our account and all the money was there. She didnt ask if we had another card or anything. She could have said "sorry the card isnt reading" litterally a million other things she could of said, but instead decided to be rude, So beware of the mustache girl she is incredibly rude.

The place has been remodeled and I think they're under new management. My large blueberry coffee (cream no sugar) was amazing ... as always. I GO CRAZY FOR DUNKIN DONUTS!!! :)

All 12 donuts were stale.. great first dunkin donuts experience, and last. Only saving grace is the military discount, for that, 2 stars instead of 1.

The one thing good about this location, is that it is open late (where some locations close at 12 noon), so they earn an extra star for that. The donuts here are as a good as at any other location. However, i have received some pretty shotty service from the so-called "help" that works here. I guess if you pay minimum wage these days, you get bottom-of-the-barrel people working for you, that should never be in a customer-facing position. Well, at least you are in and out quickly, so you can overlook the service.

The service is uneven. One day you'll have fast, friendly service and a thank you. The next day you'll be ignored while they carry on their own side conversations. Maybe they should try a "serve yourself" model.

I love Dunkin after eating at a different location in CO Springs for the first time last year. We don't have them in Omaha so I was looking forward to returning, but this location provided the singularly worst customer service I've ever experienced at any kind of restaurant. I was here for a couple of weeks of hiking at various times this summer, and every time there were angry Asian women working. The only time they didn't look like they wished for my very existence to end was when the manager was also working. I don't get it, to be honest. I am always courteous to food employees, because I've been there before and because you don't mess with people who make your food. Never come here after the morning rush because there's only going to be one person working the counter (if that) and they will likely assemble your order one piece at a time. If you get a cooked food item or a coffee drink requiring some work to produce, you will not see anything else done until that item is completed. This makes your 'fast food' experience turn into a 15 minute ordeal while you contemplate the beautiful mountains and ruined people outside. The commentary about methheads is appropriate, as you've either got those or mountain-heads to choose from and the latter are generally out being awesome. Sadly, even with all of this the coffee beats the Starbucks down the street because they don't burn everything and they do at least listen to instructions when making orders here.

I'm from Boston- I don't think Krispy Kreme, Winchelle's or most doughnut shops come close to Dunkin's. Since living in Denver I have made frequent trips to the Springs to get some real doughnuts. It's a shame that they don't have a Dunkin's in Denver, but when I need my fix I can make a quick trip down to the Springs. This store leaves a bit to be desired- I.E they don't have French Cruellers. The two ladies I presume own the store are ok, one of them could be more friendly.

After a swanky new remodel I finally felt compelled to drop into Dunkin. This location as Sibby alluded to is open late, also known as "24/7". I'd heard so much about the coffee so I got the coffee instead of indulging my sweet tooth and getting a twisted glazed donut. Now I'm kicking myself. The coffee isn't bad, but a donut sounds sooo much better right now.

I'm no donut connoisseur, and have only been to a Dunkin' once before, so my expectations weren't too high. But after stopping in earlier this week to get some donuts for the office I was pleasantly impressed. Price is standard and the staff was very quick and friendly. Store area was clean and organized. Didn't get any coffee, so can't comment there. Will definitely stop by again when I'm in the mood for some donuts.

I had the worst consumer experience of my life at this store tonight, and will be lodging complaints with management and the local health department. The only explanation for the treatment I received was that the real employees were bound and gagged in the freezer, the employees I saw were just wearing the uniforms, and that I inadvertently walked into an elaborate robbery of the Dunkin' Donuts on Colorado Avenue. That or the employees were too busy smoking meth in the back to help customers. I was there because my friend's girlfriend asked him to pick up a gift card for Father's day. I went along for the ride, but expected to order a half-dozen anyway. That is, until I entered and saw a half-dozen houseflies landing all over the donuts on display behind the counter. The whole place seemed filthy and unkempt. An employee, a woman named Yeoung, came out from the back room seeming rushed and annoyed that there were customers. My friend asked her for a $15 gift card; she seemed to not understand the question, as if she didn't speak English. He pointed to a stack of empty gift cards in a display and held out a ten and a five, which didn't move us any closer. It turns out she does speak English though. She told us she wouldn't sell us a gift card, insisting that she "forgot how to do it." Huh? She forgot how. As absurd as that excuse is, even at this point we would have been willing to give her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe she's new, and really forgot how to do it. However, instead of being apologetic about it, she was rude and actually mean toward us, as if we owed her an apology for interrupting whatever she was doing in the back room before we came in. She simply refused point blank to do any work that her job required, though she was happy to argue about it. Another employee poked his head out of the back room, and we appealed to him to come help us with a gift card, assuming he didn't forget too. He ignored the fact that we were talking to him and went back into the room without any acknowledgment. So even if I still wanted to buy one of their disgusting, disease-covered donuts, I doubt they would have sold it to me. I half expected a Candid Camera crew to jump out at any moment, to tell us it was all a joke. But it wasn't a joke. I asked Yeong if something was wrong, since her rude behavior was totally unexpected and inexplicable. In the morning I will call the store's owner; he or she likely invested money in this store, and they ought to know that the woman they hired to take care of the store at night is being rude to customers and letting the place go to hell. Unless they fire her on the spot, I will contact the health department, because sanitation is clearly not the priority under Yeoung's watch. Oh, and on the way out, we were accosted by one of Colorado Springs' fine meth addicts, loitering at one of the tables outside, hitting us up for a cigarette, only neither of us smoke. Come to think of it, I'll bet he was in cahoots with the employees inside. It would explain a lot.
